1. What information is involved

Telegram and account information

Telegram makes account identifiers and basic profile details available when you open the Mini App. We use these to recognize your session and connect activity to your account.

Information you provide

You may provide profile or survey details, support messages, and payout information when requesting a withdrawal. Individual survey and offer providers may ask for additional information under their own notices.

Activity and reward records

We record activity attempts and completed rewards, points balance changes, withdrawal requests and related support or fraud-prevention records.

Technical and campaign information

Our hosting and app providers may process IP address, browser and device details, access logs and diagnostics. The campaign handoff page at /start/ uses a campaign code and may receive referral details from the link you followed.

2. Why we use information

We use information to run the Mini App, show eligible activities, record points and withdrawals, respond to support requests, keep the service secure, prevent misuse and understand which campaigns bring visitors to Sonda Cash.

3. Advertising measurement

When the Reddit Pixel is enabled for a Reddit campaign, it may share a page visit and an attempted Telegram handoff with Reddit, together with browser and referral information. A handoff event does not confirm that Telegram opened or that an activity was completed. Enabling this tracking requires a real Pixel ID and an appropriate consent approach. Other advertising tags would require separate disclosure.

4. Who may process information

Telegram provides the Mini App platform. Hosting, database, support and payout providers help operate the service. Survey and offer partners may process information when you choose their activities. Reddit may receive advertising measurement information if its Pixel is enabled. These third parties may have their own privacy policies.

5. International processing

The providers used for Sonda Cash may process information in countries other than your own. The applicable transfer safeguards and country-specific notices still need review for this draft.

6. How long information is kept

Information may be kept to operate accounts, maintain reward and withdrawal records, resolve disputes, protect the service and meet applicable obligations. Exact retention periods and deletion procedures are still being finalized.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion or restrictions on the use of your personal information. Email privacy@valiapps.com for a privacy request. Some records may need to be retained for outstanding rewards, disputes or legal duties.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect the service and limit access to information. No online service can promise absolute security.

9. Children

Sonda Cash is intended for people who meet the age and eligibility requirements that apply to their location and to each activity provider. We will review the final age rules before paid campaigns begin.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service and its providers change. The date above will identify the current version. Material changes and any required notices will be handled before this draft becomes a final policy.
